
Executive Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as an Executive Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives on managing diverse responsibilities with efficiency and finesse.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the executive's schedule, arranging appointments, and managing domestic and international travel logistics.
Drafting, proofreading, and managing professional correspondence, emails, and presentations to ensure clear and effective communication at all times.
Providing administrative support, including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties.
Occasionally managing personal tasks and household responsibilities for the executive, including coordinating personal appointments, errands, and family-related needs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with Canva for presentation design.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
