Job Title: Executive Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as an Executive Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives on managing diverse responsibilities with efficiency and finesse.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the executive's schedule, arranging appointments, and managing domestic and international travel logistics.

  • Drafting, proofreading, and managing professional correspondence, emails, and presentations to ensure clear and effective communication at all times.

  • Providing administrative support, including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties.

  • Occasionally managing personal tasks and household responsibilities for the executive, including coordinating personal appointments, errands, and family-related needs.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with Canva for presentation design.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
