Technical Support Representative, Tier 2

As a Technical Support Representative, Tier 2, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective assistance with their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Turnitin products and services to provide expert-level support
  • Participate in regular training and development activities to stay up-to-date on product enhancements and industry trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
