Job Title: Client Support Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional client support liaison to serve as the initial point of contact for our clients. As a front-line representative, you will provide a warm and welcoming demeanor in all interactions, ensuring that every engagement is positive and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, identifying client needs and routing them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Provide general information about services and processes when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and messages.
  • Follow established protocols and update internal directories as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years).
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools.
