About the role
As the Operations Manager at Huawei', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Central Visayas office. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our manufacturing and logistics operations in the region.
What you'll be doing
- Updating Sales Report
- Stock Coverage tracking
- Monitor promoters' productivity
- Updating promoters' sell-outs
- Visibility store upgrade, update replacement fixtures, store maintenance, and others construction needs
- Monitor and maximize freebies/giftbox
- Monitoring and execution of store activities/events
- Setting sales target
- Monitor Area Managers' store visits
- Monitoring SSV program
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Field Force Management, Data Analysis and Construction or any related field is required for this position
- Experience in handling promoters or manpower
- With Sales Experience
- Business Development Skills
- Must have experience in Mobile Technology Industry
- Willing to do fieldwork
