Operations Manager

- Manage scheduling, routing, and dispatch of shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and evaluate staff to enhance performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Analyze data and prepare operational reports for management decision-making.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team in strategic planning and expansion projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management (3–5 years minimum, preferably in a supervisory role).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics systems, fleet management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
