Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve processes and workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with company objectives.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to maintain business continuity.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance productivity.
  • Handle crisis management and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Operational Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational analysis and process optimization.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with ERP and business management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
