Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Our team is seeking an HR Specialist to provide support to managers and employees with policy and navigation inquiries, transactions, and employee data changes. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage conflict and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employee inquiries and transactional services over call, chat & ticket in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance to managers and employees with policy and navigation inquiries, transactions, and employee data changes.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timeliness and quality in handling queries.
  • Ensure compliance and quality guidelines are met to provide accurate information for all queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Able to manage conflict and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources policies and procedures to provide guidance and support.
  • Experience working with HR helpdesk environments and software such as BambooHR ATS and Workday.

Bachelor's Degree Holder with at least 1 year of experience in HR Helpdesk roles is required. Hands-on experience with BambooHR ATS and Workday is necessary.
