We're Hiring HR Associate – Join MegaPrime Foods Inc. ALPHA Plant

Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas

MegaPrime Foods Inc. is looking for an HR Associate who will play a supportive role in talent acquisition and the end-to-end onboarding process of new employees. This position is perfect for someone who is ready for the challenge, quick to learn, adaptable, and eager to grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support talent acquisition activities: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and job postings
  • Handle the end-to-end onboarding process of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Assist in employee relations by helping address concerns and supporting engagement initiatives
  • Provide HR administrative support such as records management and compliance documentation
  • Partner with the team in promoting a nurturing and growth-oriented culture at MegaPrime

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related course
  • Preferably with some experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome)
  • Must be adaptable, open to learning, and willing to take on challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
