Job Opportunity: HR Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Generalist to spearhead the daily functions of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage routine tasks associated with human resource programs, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and position changes; compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers relative to standard policies, processes, benefits, etc., referring complex and/or sensitive matters to senior level HR team members.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience as HR Generalist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
