Senior Human Resources Manager Position

About the Role
  • Oversee the implementation of effective HR strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolution.
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving growth and profitability through people-centric solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders, providing expert advice and support to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving innovation and excellence across the organization.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering engagement and well-being among employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing HR teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with expertise in benefits administration.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Bonus Points
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) highly valued.
  • Experience working in a public accounting or professional services firm preferred.
  • Multi-state or site support experience an asset.
