The position of Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of business development activities for ongoing reclamation projects under Public–Private Partnership (PPP). This critical role focuses on stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and investment engagement to ensure project success.

  • Assist senior management in preparing feasibility studies, project concept notes, PPP proposals, and business cases for submission to government agencies.
  • Conduct market research and gather data to support project justification and investment promotion.
  • Support stakeholder engagements with government agencies, regulators, and private sector partners.
  • Prepare business proposals, investment briefs, and presentations for prospective investors, banks, and joint venture partners.
  • Monitor regulatory processes and compile requirements for permits, clearances, and approvals under PPP guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, civil/environmental engineering, public administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in business development, project development, or government relations.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging government officials and investors.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
