Job Description

The Hybrid Business Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing efforts and identify net new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements for timely response to inbound leads.
  • Source and engage contacts at enterprise accounts via cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth account research for personalized outreach and identification of key buyer roles.
  • Generate qualified leads accepted by sales teams in the CRM system.
  • Navigate conversations to uncover business needs and position Cofense products as a solution.
  • Log activity and update detailed notes in the CRM system.
  • Communicate summarized findings to Sales and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to connect with prospects and confirm product value.
  • Technical selling skills to communicate with prospects using relevant terminology.
  • Objection handling skills to respond to prospects' objections in real-time.
  • Pipeline hygiene skills to ensure consistent movement of opportunities to sales teams.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and balance inbound and outbound activity.
  • Email customization skills to efficiently customize emails at a company, role, and personal level.
  • Qualification frameworks knowledge, such as BANT/MEDD(P)ICC.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with prospects and confirm product value. The ideal candidate should also possess strong technical selling skills to communicate complex ideas to prospects.
