Job Title: Enterprise Account Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Enterprise Account Success Manager. This position involves cultivating a broad understanding of our products, technology, and software, as well as maintaining regular communication with customers to keep ahead of their technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise customer account success management, with experience selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, Network and Internet Service, Managed Services and Software. They will be effective in interacting with customer leadership teams, including presenting to customers, leading QBRs/MBRs, and driving webinar sessions for customer training and sales conversations.

About Your Role:
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our solutions, technology, and software to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to stay informed about their technology initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership to drive product cross-selling and customer retention.
  • Manage proprietary software tools to ensure metrics are achieved and customers are satisfied.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Quantifiable track record of success in enterprise customer account success management.
  • Experience selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, Network and Internet Service, Managed Services and Software.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Excel, MS Office, and general computer software skills.
  • Positive attitude, calm demeanor, and persuasive personality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure.
