We're seeking a strategic Customer Success Lead to spearhead the development of lasting relationships with our enterprise clients. This role plays a pivotal part in our efforts to minimize risk and churn, foster product adoption, and drive expansion within existing accounts.

Customer success professionals build trust with clients, understand their objectives, and align expectations by recommending relevant services and products, addressing pain points, and creating collaborative roadmaps.

The customer success team provides thoughtful interactions across our comprehensive product portfolio, encompassing Ubuntu, open-source infrastructure, and applications.

Pivotal Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients, introducing products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, data applications, etc.
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop engagement plans.
  • Manage a client portfolio, identify growth opportunities and renewal risks.
  • Conduct weekly client and business reviews with cross-functional teams.
  • Advocate for clients internally and influence product roadmaps and processes.
  • Support clients through reactive ticket requests.
