Job Summary:

The Global Territory Growth Strategist is responsible for developing localized marketing strategies to deepen market penetration and foster customer loyalty within specific territories.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze consumer behavior, competitive intensity, distribution gaps, and adoption barriers within specific towns or geographic areas.
  • Develop, propose, and monitor micro-market offers aligned to the strategic posture of the territory.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Activations team to execute on-ground activations including events, roadshows, and community-based marketing programs tailored to the local market.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
