Job Description:
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase our online presence. You will create original, industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram, leveraging your understanding of real estate and construction tone and audience.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive growth and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with our team to align messaging with brand goals.
- Implement efficient systems to manage content and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and content ideas that resonate with our audience.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience managing social media for real estate/construction audiences.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement.
- Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
