Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to drive user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth through innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.

They will also build and manage an affiliate marketing program, identifying, recruiting and collaborating with influencers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns using both inbound and outbound strategies, collaborating with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.

Additionally, they will grow and engage brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.

Finally, they will plan and manage programmatic display, video and native ad campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI through DSP platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Build and manage an affiliate marketing program, partnering with influencers and creators.
  • Develop and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Grow and engage brand communities across social media platforms.
  • Manage programmatic ad campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, ad dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or D2C environments.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, SEMrush or Sprout Social.
