Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and preferences.

  • Must have a reliable laptop for work purposes.
