We are looking for a diligent and detail-focused Customer Support Representative to handle the day-to-day interactions with our business clients. This key role is responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients via email and chat, providing timely and solution-driven responses to their inquiries.
  • Handle incoming support requests with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, often resolving issues on the first interaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational, technical, or order-related issues in a prompt and effective manner, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify recurring problems, and escalate them appropriately to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, account management, or operations (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude, able to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems, with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms with ease.
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts or working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
