About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and responsive customer support across multiple channels.
  • Act as a dedicated resource for customers with memberships and subscriptions, offering personalized assistance and guidance.
  • Implement retention strategies to help reduce churn, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.
  • Serve as a passionate ambassador and advocate for our brand, embodying our values and mission.
  • Foster a positive brand perception by consistently delivering exceptional customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and communication styles.
  • Strong people skills, with a passion for chatting with new and interesting individuals.
  • Ability to think on your feet and navigate complex customer inquiries with ease.
  • Experience with CRM systems, including Richpanel and Zendesk.
