The primary objective of the Customer Service Representative is to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve routine issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customer support aligns with contractual Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')
- Clarify customer needs, utilize decision-support tools, and provide effective resolutions
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport
- Maintain basic product knowledge
- Prepare accurate work, including account notation as required
- Participate in activities enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance
- Offer relevant products and services
- Track and document information in call tracking databases
- Respond to inquiries by referring customers to published materials or senior staff
We seek a courteous, customer-focused individual with strong multi-tasking skills, proficient computer navigation, excellent written and verbal communication, dependability, attention to detail, and tolerance for repetitive work in fast-paced environments. They should be able to adapt to rotating shifts and prioritize tasks effectively.
