The role of Lead Generation Specialist is pivotal in expanding our outreach across key industries.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct targeted research to identify and build prospect lists across construction, project management, and site acquisition.
- Engage with senior-level executives through professional communication channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns and nurture relationships to move leads through the pipeline.
- Prepare meeting briefings and background research for the President on key contacts and companies.
- Align lead generation strategies with the Business Development team to efficiently transfer qualified leads.
- Assist in creating introductory materials, capability decks, and follow-up correspondence.
- Transfer qualified leads to the estimating team with relevant project information, timelines, and contact details.
- Gather scope and site-specific details directly from contacts to inform estimators' proposals.
- Maintain a consistent feedback loop between leads and estimators to refine qualification processes.
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging markets or sectors for expansion.
- Maintain organized CRM data—logging communications, updating lead statuses, and tagging by industry or region.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track lead progress, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
- Contribute insights on client objections, pain points, and response trends to improve messaging and targeting.
- Test and iterate outreach sequences, message formats, and communication channels for better engagement.
- Suggest process improvements to increase the quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach, preferably within construction, project management, or real estate industries.
- Strong background in conducting targeted research, data mining, and building prospect pipelines across various sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives through professional communication channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting personalized outreach campaigns and nurturing relationships through the sales pipeline.
- Experience supporting C-level executives, including meeting preparation, briefing development, and background research.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with Business Development and Estimating teams.
- Familiarity with gathering project scope details and facilitating accurate handoffs for proposal development.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms for data entry, tracking communications, updating lead statuses, and generating performance reports.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to monitor industry trends, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to ongoing outreach optimization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to improving lead generation processes and systems.
