Role Overview

The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in driving efficiency across day-to-day operations, supporting team members in achieving their goals, and ensuring seamless communication with the Executive and Sales teams.

This full-time support specialist will be responsible for managing executive and team calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating virtual appointments, and responding to emails in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities also include creating presentations, reports, and sales documentation, maintaining and updating CRM systems with lead and client data, assisting in lead generation and outreach tasks, conducting research to support strategic initiatives and client engagements, tracking project deadlines, and organizing digital files and documentation.

In addition, this role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack), and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
