We are seeking an Outbound Lead Generator to join our sales team.

This is a challenging role that involves identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospect identification and research, personalized outreach execution, lead qualification, meeting scheduling, activity tracking, and tool utilization.

  • Prospect Identification & Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Analyze industry trends, company data, and prospect information to create targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft and send personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and conduct targeted cold calls to introduce our solutions and uncover potential needs. Develop strategic campaign guidance to ensure maximum impact.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and determine if our solutions are a good fit. Effectively qualify leads based on their interest and potential value.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Secure introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and our Account Executives/Sales Team. Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth lead handoffs.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Log all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and lead information in our CRM system. Track personal performance against KPIs to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Tool Utilization: Effectively use sales tools including CRM, email automation platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools provided. Stay up-to-date with the latest sales development and outbound prospecting best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and schedule meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research skills to personalize outreach.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume outreach across multiple channels.
