Job Title: Digital Outreach Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our remote team as a Digital Outreach Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, gathering information, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Digital Outreach:
    • Making outbound calls to prospects to introduce products or services and assess potential leads.
    • Qualifying prospects based on established criteria to determine if they are a good fit for our company's products or services.
    • Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while managing objections and addressing any initial questions.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Researching target markets to identify new potential customers using various online sources, directories, and social media.
    • Building and maintaining a database of qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Segmenting leads according to industry, company size, location, and other criteria to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Crm and Data Management:
    • Recording lead interactions, call outcomes, and key information in the CRM system, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
    • Regularly updating the lead database and ensuring data quality, including removing duplicates, correcting errors, and adding new data as required.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
    • Collaborating with the sales team to identify target markets and strategize on outreach methods.
    • Working with the marketing team to develop scripts and campaigns tailored to various lead segments.
    • Reporting lead quality and providing feedback on successful conversion patterns to improve future lead-generation efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to research effectively and identify key decision-makers within companies.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
