Billing Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Billing Operations Lead to oversee the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, drive process enhancements, and develop an efficient billing service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance, driving best practices for quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the business to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement direct debit collections.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the billing function.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all business stakeholders, delivering a respected and efficient billing service.
  • Work closely with the finance team to consolidate financial systems and meet the billing needs of the business.
  • Lead and develop the billing team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in billing.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience is highly advantageous.
  • Professional accounting certifications are desirable.
  • Experience with financial system migrations is beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills, reporting directly to management.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive ownership of work with a drive for results.
  • Proficiency in Excel and computer skills.
  • Understanding of multi-currency working in a global environment.
