What is your mission?

We are looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist to support our finance operations by managing member accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections. In this role, you'll proactively engage with members to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records. If you're detail-oriented, skilled in Excel, and confident in handling customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, this opportunity is for you.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Proactively contact members with outstanding balances via phone, email, and text.
  • Use designated software and Excel to manage accounts, process payments, and generate reports.
  • Respond to member inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide billing support.
  • Follow procedures for collections, account reconciliation, and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive or challenging interactions.
Who are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in billing, collections, or account management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to learn new software and complete training on departmental processes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Commitment to confidentiality when handling financial data.
  • Flexibility to work US Eastern hours, including occasional weekends.
