Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at JMS Fuel Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies;

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement;

  • Prepare and present sales reports to management;

  • Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects;

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge;

  • Promote company products and services to increase sales and revenue;

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures;

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy or fuel industry;

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
