Key Roles and Responsibilities

A key business specialist is responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating with teams, and handling administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian construction industry practices and terminology, as well as experience with data entry, invoice processing, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage client communications within 24 hours
  • Coordinate between office, field teams, and subcontractors
  • Handle comprehensive administrative tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and job documentation
  • Oversee compliance management including build pass, WHS documentation, and job documents
  • Utilize and optimize software systems for maximum efficiency and quality control processes
  • Assist with quoting and tendering processes, including supplier price checking and quote comparisons
