
Lease Administration Specialist

The Lease Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end lease documentation process.
This position involves preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and client requirements.
We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Opportunity Management, and Legal.
- Draft and process lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using CRM tools and document management systems.
- Ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents.
- Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative background.
They should be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and have experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and processing lease agreements
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
