The selected candidate will be responsible for processing payroll entries, maintaining payroll software and systems, and preparing reports. Additionally, they will address and resolve employee payroll issues, assist benefits specialist in the administration of benefits, and perform other CompBen-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in HR, with a focus on compensation management, and at least 1-year experience as an HR Specialist or related responsibilities. Familiarity with Local Labor Laws and knowledge of MS Office are also required.

The Payroll Administration Professional will ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries, maintain compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
