About the Job:

At Mass Markets, we are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and accounts receivable processes.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, calculating employee pay, and assisting with payroll processing in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll records and ensure accuracy.
  • Calculate employee pay and benefits.
  • Assist with payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with employees and management regarding payroll-related matters.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State tax laws.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
