Role Overview
  • The HR/Admin Officer plays a crucial role in managing key HR and administrative functions, contributing to organizational success.
  • This position involves handling employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and office management, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Address concerns, foster a positive work environment, and ensure clarity on company policies.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in talent acquisition, maintain job descriptions, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Compliance: Monitor government mandates, assist with disciplinary actions, and oversee remittance of statutory contributions.
  • Payroll Management: Assist with data entry, timekeeping, and payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Employee Exits: Conduct offboarding processes, handle documentation, and ensure terminations comply with labor laws.
  • Attendance and Leave Policies: Enforce company policies, verify attendance, and escalate non-compliance.

Administrative & Office Management:

  • Office Maintenance: Oversee upkeep, cleanliness, and equipment functionality to ensure a well-maintained office.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and manage office supplies to prevent shortages.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistical arrangements for company meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain company records, employee files, and administrative documents.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols, coordinate security measures, and report safety concerns.
  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise with office vendors, suppliers, and service providers for facility-related needs.
  • External Administrative Tasks: Handle government-related document submissions, banking transactions, procurement, or coordination with external agencies.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide assistance with correspondence, reports, and travel arrangements.
