Financial Administrator

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for facilitating accurate and timely payroll processing while complying with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the payroll system, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize payroll support tasks.
- Produce monthly payroll reports, ensuring adherence to local compliance mandates and organizational requirements.
- Address complex payroll matters, including leave calculations, LSL, and exit calculations.
- Ensure accuracy within relevant accruals systems.
- Stay up-to-date on Australian payroll changes.
- Partner with Finance Business Partners to guarantee accurate and timely payroll preparation.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive payroll knowledge base.
Essential Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, working with Australian clients.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the payroll lifecycle and relevant Australian legislation.
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
- Show a keen eye for detail and commitment to producing accurate reports.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within diverse teams.
- Experience in providing user-centric training and support for payroll systems is highly valued.
- Display adaptability in a fast-paced work environment with a customer-focused attitude.
