Administrative Operations Associate

We're seeking a results-driven Rostering and Bookkeeping Admin Associate to join our team full-time, on-site. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and rostering processes.
About the RoleYour responsibilities will include overseeing payroll operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support across various functions. You will also craft and manage staff rosters, reconcile accounts, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Key Responsibilities- Craft and manage staff rosters, ensuring adherence to policies, cost-effectiveness, and fairness.
- Oversee payroll operations, including accurate data entry, timesheet approval, and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Provide administrative support across various functions, including report generation, correspondence, and compliance checks.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong educational background, experience with rostering, fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and XERO.
