About Our Role
  • We are looking for an experienced construction professional to oversee activities across projects nationwide.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple mid- to large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and coordinate construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.
  2. Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  3. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance.
  4. Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  5. Culture Building & Team Leadership: Lead cultural transformation by fostering proactive problem-solving, instilling discipline, and mentoring teams for greater ownership.
  6. Technology & Communication Improvements: Introduce tools and systems to streamline communication, reduce double-handling, and enhance reporting efficiency.
