Job Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our operational goals.

Our Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing cluster/community performance and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

They will lead weekly huddles to discuss team strategy and set operational goals, collaborate with the operations team on Continuous Improvement activities, training, and action plans.

They will also manage people effectively by setting accountability discussions, determining training needs, and keeping employees informed of internal and external updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and call audits to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Lead weekly meetings to discuss team strategy and set operational goals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on Continuous Improvement activities, training, and action plans.
  • Act as a client advocate and provide ideas to help clients improve their products, businesses, processes, and policies.
  • Manage people effectively by setting accountability discussions, determining training needs, and keeping employees informed of internal and external updates.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Three years of operations and management experience, with a focus on process transformation.
  • Four to five years of experience in banking/financial services/fintech, with knowledge of customer service processes and services.
  • Proven ability to manage and direct associates/team managers, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.
