  1. Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing Cluster/Community Performance
      • Complete weekly coaching sessions and call audits.
      • Conduct regular huddles to review team performance and set goals.
      • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement continuous improvement activities, training plans, and action items.
    • Client Advocate
      • Develop and deliver high-quality coaching compliance materials, including RCAs and action plans.
      • Analyze attendance infractions and provide insights to inform improvement initiatives.
      • Identify opportunities to improve client products, businesses, processes, and policies.
    • People Management
      • Lead accountability discussions on attendance and performance challenges.
      • Determine training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
      • Keep employees informed about internal and external updates.
Qualifications:

The most successful candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Three years of operations and management experience, preferably in process transformation.
  • Four to five years of banking and financial services experience, with expertise in customer service processes and services.
  • Experience in managing and directing associates, senior associates, and team managers with a team size of 100-150.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of taking the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain multiple schedules and meetings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.
