As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of leadership and management skills to drive results and set high standards.

Your primary objective will be to foster a motivating environment, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure our recruitment processes deliver quality hires and positive candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction and support to achieve company goals.
  • Manage team attendance and be a consistent, reliable presence, setting the standard for the team.
  • Implement performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
