Customer Engagement Representative

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for generating interest and scheduling consultations between our sales team and potential customers.
- Making proactive outbound calls to prospects to discuss their needs and schedule meetings with our sales professionals.
- Efficiently navigating through our system to input accurate information and ensure seamless communication.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role such as Lead Generation Specialist (Voice) or Appointment Setter;
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues;
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure productivity;
- Flexibility to work on non-traditional hours, including graveyard shifts, if needed;
