Employee Engagement Specialist

  • Lead administrative cases and make informed decisions based on evidence and company policies.
  • Conceptualize, organize, and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs to enhance the organization's reputation.
  • Represent the organization in various industry networks and partnerships.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Employee Engagement or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Labor relations experience is an asset.
