Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate interest in our services by making outbound calls to potential customers and scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our services
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  • Accurately inputting information into our system
  • Representing the company in a professional manner when conversing with contacts
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer and use common software applications
  • A strong internet connection
  • A designated professional and quiet workspace
