Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees the execution of standard deployment projects independently, while developing expertise in RetailNext's deployment processes and building customer relationships. They ensure timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing open, clear, and proactive communication.
  • Track milestones, resources, and budgets to deliver on time and within scope.
Logistics & Coordination:
  • Manage logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling.
  • Efficiently resolve day-to-day deployment challenges and escalate complex issues as needed.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to improve processes.
Vendor & Process Oversight:
  • Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in project coordination or management, especially in operational or deployment environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.
  • Beneficial exposure to retail tech or hardware deployments.
  • Beneficial proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
