Job OverviewAs a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in translating and implementing complex business requirements using Salesforce's standard functionalities such as APEX and Lightning/Visualforce Pages. You will also formulate and implement strategies to integrate Salesforce with external applications, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions using Salesforce LWC, VisualForce, APEX, and corresponding client-side technologies. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications using Salesforce Integration patterns. Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation related to coding activities.

Collaborate with colleagues on coding, source control management, technical reviews, and troubleshooting. Support Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, and a variety of custom objects. Implement new software features and client enhancements.

Participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. QualificationsExperience:5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development.5 years of development using Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions in Salesforce.5 years of experience in developing and optimizing integrated business processes across disparate systems. Expertise in integrations (SSO, SMS Gateway, Sharepoint, CTI, Mavenpoint, Outlook, Learning System, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau).

Adept in Salesforce set-up and configuration. Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Agile. Ability to understand Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions.

Certifications:Certified Salesforce System Administrator (required). Certified Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Consultant (preferred). Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer (preferred).

Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (preferred). Additional Skills (Nice to Have)Proficient in Lightning components.

Experienced in Service Cloud Voice and Omnistudio (Omnichannel & Omniscript). Experience with Mulesoft is a plus. EducationCollege degree relevant to IT or equivalent to 5 years of working experience.
