Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and US time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual.
