Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven recruitment specialist to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for recruiters who are confident in their abilities and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and Recruit Qualified Healthcare Professionals: Identify and select qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.
  • Manage MSP and VMS Platforms: Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.
  • Utilize Sourcing Resources: Use your own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Virtual Collaboration: Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • MSP/VMS Knowledge: Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Sourcing Tools: Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Independence: Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role.
  • Contract Eligibility: Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
  • VOIP Phone Number: Must have your own VOIP US phone number / line.
