Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via HelloHire or similar tools
  • Utilizing platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Previous recruitment experience in healthcare roles
  • Confidence on the phone, great follow-up skills, and closing candidates effectively
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously
  • Knowledge of social media, job boards, and AI tools for creative sourcing
  • Experience using tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • Excellent communication and professionalism in English (written and spoken)
