Job Title: Healthcare Specialist

This role involves working as a healthcare specialist where you will be responsible for answering inquiries regarding medical services, insurance coverage, and billing. You will also assist patients with scheduling appointments and accessing medical records, verify insurance coverage, and process medical claims and bills.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inquiries regarding medical services, insurance coverage, and billing
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and accessing medical records

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in healthcare or related field preferred)
