About the Role:
  • Source qualified candidates for various healthcare positions
  • Screen candidates via phone and manage interviews using HelloHire or similar tools
  • Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups to reach potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment metrics such as application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Prior experience in recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Proven ability to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Familiarity with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to work 100% remotely with a reliable setup
  • US time zone schedule required
