Healthcare Recruitment Specialist Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced recruiter to support our growing demand for quality international care workers and nurses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of international healthcare workers, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Allied Health Professionals.

You will source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and healthcare institutions, conduct initial interviews and clinical assessments, coordinate with training, migration, and deployment teams, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field, proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment, familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire qualified healthcare professionals
  • Source candidates from various channels
  • Conduct initial interviews and clinical assessments
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless candidate processing
  • Manage and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Support marketing campaigns and job fairs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related medical field
  • Proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment (minimum 2 years)
  • Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
